Midnight at nine-thirty

It was darker today from 9:30 to 11:00 AM than at night. Here is the reason why as it was moving in–a fast-moving storm blowing in from Kansas.

The light was so odd. It was like taking night photos, but with more light and detail. I took this close-up of the Hosta to get the raindrops, not knowing that the serious rain was going to arrive in about fifteen more minutes.

Happy chairaversity

One year later, Pierre still loves the new living room. As you can see, he helped pick out the colors. The dotted rug shown now lives in New York state, making some other cats very happy.
